Do you allow walk-ins?
We recommend booking an appointment before visiting, as we may be out for lunch or attending events.
Our Operating Hours are: Weekdays 11:00AM – 4:00 PM
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is available for Singapore orders above SGD $59.
Orders below $59 incur a flat delivery fee of $6.
I have an urgent order. What do I do?
If stock is available, we can fulfill urgent orders within the same day during working hours. An on-demand priority delivery fee of $25 applies.

When will I receive my order if I place it today?
We process and ship orders within 2 working days.
Most Singapore deliveries arrive in 2–3 business days.
Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is currently unavailable via our website.
However, we’re happy to take international orders manually. Just contact us!
Do you offer self pick-up?
Yes! Self pick-up is available during our operating hours.
Please WhatsApp us with your order number, preferred date, and time before coming down.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once an order is placed, we typically process it quickly, so changes may not be possible.
However, reach out to us immediately — we’ll do our best to help.
If the item has already been delivered, we may not be able to retrieve it.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged during delivery?
If tracking hasn’t updated for several days, the parcel may be lost in transit. We’ll contact the courier and follow up promptly.
In the case of a lost or damaged order, we’ll carry out a service recovery.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Can I modify or cancel my order after confirmation?
If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have already left our facility cannot be changed or canceled.
Return & Exchange Policy
What is your Return and Exchange policy?
Thank you for shopping with Candle Collective Co. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused/sealed and in its original condition and packaging.
How do I return or exchange my item?
Returns/exchanges can be made at no cost at our Woodlands studio.
Our staff will inspect the item. Once approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically received within a few days.
I received a parcel with missing items.
We’re sorry for the oversight. Please contact us immediately upon receiving your parcel and we’ll arrange a service recovery.
Candle Fragrance Oil
How do you measure your fragrance oils?
All fragrance oils are sold by volume (mL), not by weight.
We fill bottles right to the brim, so you always get the full amount — sometimes even a bit more!
Since oil is less dense than water, 500mL of oil weighs less than 500mL of water — this is completely normal. Try comparing with cooking oil at home!
Each bottle is sealed tightly to prevent leakage or evaporation.
Where are your fragrance oils from?
We source high-quality essential oils and raw materials from regions such as Australia, the U.S., and more, and blend them in our Singapore facility.
How long do the fragrances last?
Fragrances last around 18 months.
If sealed and stored properly in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, they can last 2–3 years.
Are your fragrances phthalate-free ?
Yes! Our fragrance oils are:
- Phthalate-Free
- Paraben-Free
- Formaldehyde-Free
This means they are free from potentially harmful chemicals often found in consumer products.
Why do some fragrance oils have different colours?
Fragrances are made using various natural and synthetic ingredients. Natural components may differ depending on harvest conditions, so color variations are normal and don’t affect quality.
What is the recommended usage rate for candles?
We recommend using 6–10% fragrance oil based on your total wax weight.
Each oil has a unique scent profile — do a small test batch first for best results.
Can you customise a scent for my brand?
Yes! We offer scent customisation.
